Enhancers are normally quite expensive for the good one's and don't give all that much of a bonus. 1000 Effectiveness enhancers add 15% damage to the tick. Max I have seen for enhancers in the 1250 mark.
As for the CA & Necklace, I'm not sure since I don't have any to test with.
As you are on Bria/Ahazi/Farstar servers and I am on Corbantis, I can't offer advice on where to buy enhancers, but they don't seem rare for me, although 750 effectiveness enhances seen far more common. Not worth it really.
So the Medical Warfare Efficiency is working probably, but I dont have any test results to back it up currently. But you should have that skill already from the medic and CM boxes you took, so just compare your current total, the total at Master and the total from Master and the necklace to get an idea if the skill gets increased by a substantial amount. But IMHO, if you only have 2.5m, I wouldnt spent 2m on something that you a) can loot yourself and b) just increases your current skills.

Don't take this the wrong way....but I assume you have used the Vendor search on the bazaar? I find it hard to believe that nobody on the entire server is making CM enhancers and placing them on their vendors.
I wont (didn't) take it wrong...cuz I don't know what the heck you're talking about !!! So you may have just saved me a bunch of time here...I will go to bazaar to try and figure it out...last time I was on bazaar two BH's started pounding me with their "little" scatters...and as the most effective CM out there (since I'm Jedi healer too...lol) I just poisoned/fired them both up and healed myself until they were sickly toasted. I then put them away with a nice snare/saber srike sessionfor good measure. In any case, that was the only time I've been to bazaar since I was a noob. I didn't think the bazaar was good much anyways, except the occasional pixie purchase.

Your wrong, and your right....I found the enhancers (but not on the Bazaar), from a guildie and I ran into a CM shop. They enhance the damage from about 260 per tick to about 320 per tick....that's worth it !!!
The necklace....I couldn't resist and bought it for $2 mill. Your right...I think that was a mistake to spend that money to go from 75 med warfare to 80.

I hope you've now discovered the changes to the Bazaar. 20000 cr max for normal bazaar items and you now have the abilty to search all vendor on all planets, all from the comfort of your local Bazaar terminal.
