I have developed an intrest in becoming a Master CM since almost everyone seems to be terrified of them (including some jedi). Could someone tell me why is it that so many people are afraid of PvPing agains a CM? I mean, what do CMs do or have that makes them so good?
also, I'm currently a MTK, which i really like, but if i was to change to CM, would it be better if i dropped TK and learned MRifleman? Many people seem to say its the best template for PvP (M CM and MRifleman), but wouldn't that affect me in close ranged fights?
thanx in advanced

People are afraid of us because no matter what your defenses are...we can get you.
Even with anti-poison buffs, I can still get a 400 tick diease and 700 tick poison to stick on someone 99.9% of the time.
As for the Rifle/CM combo, they're right, it IS the most powerful IMO.
You can't be a Master TKA and MCM at the same time, so that would probably be your best bet.

but if i go MCM/MRifles, i won't be able to complete the quests for the Town of Aurellia, right? or is it still very good against NPCs? I'm thinking of doing combat prowess, and some enhanced reflexes. Is the template good enough to do this missions by myself? or is MTK and some other melee skills better for both the village and PvPing?

A God until something gets close to you, still if you play smart, you'll never have that problem.
Also, considering you were a TKM, keep the same food diet of 3 Ahrisa and 2 Brandy, fire specials all day long

Yep, as long as you're good they'll be long dead before they can even scratch you.

Take everything Kadgarth says with a grain of salt.
A Master CM/Rifleman can be taken down by a melee-stacker with powerful resist buffs.

Well obviously you're always going to have the top .01% of the PvPers on the server that unless you prepare 110% for them you're not going to beat them, but by and large you will defeat 95% of your opponents.
250 Power Venom with 240 Potency + a Krayt Jawa Ion and the proper foods (I.E. Thaktillo) and you CAN beat even the best Melee Stacker.
That is assuming someone doesn't pull a 500 str Mind Fire pike out of there rear-end

Lol
You've obviously never seen a Master Rifleman in Action![]()
A Master Rifleman is arguably the most powerful toon in the game. Combine that with a Master CM and you're well...a god

So true, I was a melee stacker at one time, and a rebel CM inspired me to go the route of MCM/Mater Rifleman. hehe, you can just kill so many, I am master cm, rifles 3233 and I poisend like 3 jedi and they got killed, and I got some credit and a write up on the boards, i am now a marked man heheh. But I love it. CM will let your tue mean streak come out

I'm a master Doc/master CM, which novice brawler. Reason for this is 1) I can buff myself. 2) i can cure all my own stats incuding poisons and diseases. 3) your area stims are much more advanced since you have all the points for crafting the components with being amster doc. 4) with novice brawler, you can use a janta knife and stack even more poison. 5) you get warcry and intimidate. Warcry is effective, especially after you land a tick, since it automatically gives you 10 seconds to either start running, heal, or lets the poison tick once. Granted you ahve no combat skills, but if you stack your poisons enough, they are going to run regardless. =D

I beg to differ
They still have 1500+ Strength, Quickness, and Focus
Sooner or later they'll figure out that you aren't shooting them and they will kill you.

I agree kadgrath. But even with 3K of secondary stats, a strong poison will eat it regardless. as for them shooting me, thats expected. But there is a way I found out where they cant grief me.
which makes it all the worse for them
