Do you know of any way to raise this? Can we buy be clothes that raise this stat?

keep in mind that the mod you can get from clothing caps at +25, so 2 pieces should be all you need to max out that mod.

I haven't tried this myself, but I asked a similar question on the TKA board today and it appears as though +25 is all the benefit you get from mods, but they show up as being greater than that in your character skill boxes. Check out:

Fair enough, but I can point you to a dev quote on how lvl 1 characters should "group or buy a PSG" to avoid being killed while attending harvesters and another where a dev claims that they couldnt add player worn storm trooper armor to the game (when it was already available from recruiters).

BE clothes for the Healing professions were still not working as of last week. So for right now, No.

yeah, that's advice though, and I don't listen to devs for advice either
the +25 thing has been there since before CU, and I don't think they touched it (just like all the other mods and city specializations that went obsolete that they didn't touch
