doesnt it tell u something that only the CMs are happy with the way CMs are working?

Yes, it tells me that there are many people out there who are unwilling or unable to learn tactics, pay for foods/drinks, and group with the proper set of classes. If you have a well rounded group, you can go up against a group of ONLY CMs and still win. Whatever. Its not my fault there are a bunch of morons trying to play PvP solo.
I usually ride into battle with 2 docs, and we rarely have to give CMs more than a thought. Our docs react quickly, and our players know to seek out the docs when in need.
The only real problem with CMs comes up when they start exploiting to defend bases. It's pretty tough to defeat a CM who's in the basement of a Base, which you cannot enter until the turrets are down, and he continually throws poisons on the crew through this known bug. We work around it though, and we almost always win.

If CM is so ungodly powerful, then why is it that WE continually win battles against multiple CMs and their crews? I'm talking a group of 10 to 12 people (1or 2 cms, 2 docs, etc) going up against a defended base (turrets included) with 4 to 6 CMs and the usual assortment of combat professions.
I'll tell you why:
We work as a team.
We pay attention to the situation.
We organize an intelligent mix of classes into an intelligent group consisting of intelligent people.
We respond to threats appropriately. (ie. Incap the CMs, leave them there for a while, move on to the lower threats)
We work as a team. Oh, did I say that already? Hmm. I guess I did.
And we almost always have a dancer or a musician with us (see 'intelligent mix of classes'), cause a Doc can counter a CM, and an entertainer can heal any wounds you may have if the Doc doesnt respond quick enough.
Seems like basic logic to me, and amazingly it works.

I wish all people dealt with PvP this way rather then run up and shoot up the place.

someone who understands and wants to use tactics he/she has learned. I applaud you for your effort and congratulate you on your success. I wish more people would try and play the game instead of going after the instant gratification.
