Thread: HAM
Ham is what you dont want..either on your sammich or on your weapons. 
HAM stands for (H)ealth, (A)ction,(M)ind..its how much a special move with your weapon costs you in HAM points..those come off your bars when you use the move. Its very easy to get yourself incappacitated using a weapon with lots of HAM. Rifles and carbines are going to have HAM, and lots of it, until they fix them. I crafted a rifle stock and recieved a great success, only to see the HAM go down one on the stock. So..sorry...avoid HAM at all costs, but in some instances its unavoidable.

srr this question will probably be asked 10.000 times or even more, but how much mind do you guys have and how much health, action? I'm going carbineer and prolly going to take combat medic with it. or ranger. Not sure yet. if you have some advice tell me

The remainder divided between quickness/strength
No constitution or stamina.
I'm a zabrak, maxed in mind, focus, and willpower, and the rest evenly divided in health and action.
900 / 300 / 300 / 900 / 300 / 300 / 1000 / 500 / 900
I'm a doc now, so my str/con/qui/sta don't really matter, and I buff up con and stam for regen if I really need it. Now, I used to be a pistoleer, and these stats were fine for that, since pistols are so cheap on your HAM. But I think you might have a lot of trouble since carbines are massive HAM guzzlers.
My suggestion? Don't take CM. Take ranger if you wish, that would be a versatile combo. If you definitely want to be a medic though, I'd suggest doctor. You'd lose poisons/diseases and ranged/area heals, but you'll probably end up a whole lot better off with thebuffs, wound heals, rezzing, state heals, and poison/disease heals.
