The CSR claims it is a know issue, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Are any of you having an issue loading this schematic or any other schematics?

you didn't look hard enough, it's in the known issues list stickied to the top of the page. Also this was fixed in the patch that's on TC, just waiting for all the other bugs to get worked out before pushing it to live

points to the FAQ

Ahhh yes, silly me. I would have thought such an issue would be in the top 40 known problems instead of the FAQ or the Fixed on Test Center thread.....

But thanks anyway for the 'kind' heads up.

It is on the Top 40

number 6 to be exact

you may have just not understood the acronym "ARC"

Yes, I was searching on and looking for the actual term not an acronym. But to help the community, you might want to consider simply answering the question, then saying that it is covered in the FAQ or another list.

Not to try an put you on the spot, but you don't really encourage people to come here and post with answers like I recieved.

well, this question is asked seemingly at least once a week, thats why its listed in 3 different sticky threads hoping that we wont have to keep answering the same questions over and over again.

wasnt trying to be rude. its just that there are threadsthat already answer all these kinds of questions.

You come here asking for help with a bad attitude and it's our fault? Sigh...

No, I came here looking for assistance after using the forum search feature and reading the current top 40 issues. I missed the acronym in a search for the whole name. As I stated I thought this bug was fixed in a patch already.

With the 'speed' of these forums, manually searching through each post can become very tedious especially if you feel you already have the answer.

My complaint was no matter how silly the question may be to you, answering it, then pointing to where it could be found is better than just pointing. That's the thing I'm trying to get across. If you feel I have done so in a poor manner, I apologize.

I can take the point that I could have done more than search one thread and use the forum's search feature. I never would have thought to look in the FAQ as I stated those typically are more general in nature and don't address a single bug. However, you need to accept that fact that no matter how many times you answer the question, treating someone like they are wasting your time doesn't endear them to the community. If you are working to better it, take the time to help those who might not be as knowledgeable about a single aspect as you. You never know when they might have an answer you seek. That is if you are trying to expand and grow the community in place of trying to keep it a private club.

I did find another post on the topic (again why my search didn't pick it up I don't know) and the community answered it fantastically. All I'm asking for is equal treatment....

If you don't check a FAQ within a forum/newsgroup before asking a question....well what the heck is the purpose of them then.

Normally FAQs are very surface level topics, not topics concerning a single particular bug. I assumed I would find such an issue in the top 40. It was there and I missed it as I was scanning for a full name rather than an acronym. I admit to missing it.

You don't seem to get the point I'm trying to make so it's really not worth spending the effort over. If it makes you feel any better, I'll say you were right and I was wrong. It's not like it really matters. I'm a smuck because I used the forums search engine and looked in a single thread before making my post. Thanks for helping me.

Look on the very bottom of the page for the search function. Advanced search has more options as well.
