You can get a CSR to tell you the location.

Well.. When I say "you can get a CSR" I mean that "They're not forbidden to do that".

Getting one that actually reads, comprehends, and correctly responds to your ticket is another matter entirely. You might have to try 3 or 4 times before you get something other than the default response about condemned housing.

Other things CSR's will do is they can jack your house up out of the ground if it's buried (which is likely to happen with a Large Naboo that you used "pack up" on. They can also autopack or remove houses in player cities that belong to inactive accounts if the mayor submits the ticket.

Well seems I have misplaced one of my lots currently i have 3 lots available, but i can only account for 6 of them ( a guild hall and a wearables factory) Is there some kind of search or /find feature i can use to locate that missing lot?

There might be, but not that I know of.

I came back to the game after a 6 month break and had totally forgotten where I had placed one of my small houses. No idea what planet even. It took me a good few hours to find it (turns out a friend randomly saw it on tatooine and that gave me a starting point at least )


But you can try

1. Waiting for the maintanence to run down and recieve an email with its location.
2. Try contacting a CSR? not sure how far they can assist, but worth a shot
3. Use it as a live event for your guild -- treasure hunt!

Wasn't there an issue with thePOB shipstaking a lot at one point? I thought I recall seeing something about needing to re-deed it and then re-launch it to solve the issue...I could be mistaken though.
