I would just like to know if I can transfer ownership of my soon to be useless house to a friend so that he has to pay all housing fees and not just give him admin rights?

Thanks for the quick answer.
i guess i target my friend whist doing this and whydoes it not say stuff like this in the game manual?

Howdy all.
Can anyone tell me what the command is for transfering a house ownership to another player?

Not quite sure what the sytnax though... I think it's /transferstructure [player name] while structure control or the structure itself(factores and harvesters) is targeted.

Just stand in the house, target the other player, and type /transferst (or /transferstructure, either way works)

i think its transferstucture [playername] but i think u can have the player targeted and still wokr on it.
