Our city Dark Tears situated on Lok is looking for citiziens, we are looking for 1 or 2 imperials guilds that aren't situated !!!

Our city is level III and we need citiziens to get level IV and put the shuttle

The guild that would like to join us must have a minimum of 10 members !!!!
