Sorry its been tried before and the building only get deleted shortly thereafter... unless there's a new bug being exploited in which case I wouldnt do it anyway as they (the devs) would just delete all buildings once its fixed.

Be better off doing cross server lot trades to be honest... just make sure to keep up with the upkeep on them

I was a Mayor of a fairly large and rapidly growing city on Dant roughly a year ago. fed up with bugs, exploits and a general lack of stuff to do, I decided to quit for my second time. However, this time I also decided to destroy my charactor as well before I cancelled my account.

So, after transferring all properties to fellow guildmates etc, i null'd my guy and shortly heard on ventrillo that the ENTIRE CITY, city hall, hospital, cantina..EVERYTHING..went kablooyi.

(all this was at a time when the issue of banned player housing still hanging out and the such, so no one was sure what would happen. we just assumed most of that stuff being city property would remain until the next election)

so be sure when doing this that you really really want to.
