Thread: Condemned structures who can pay?

If a house get condemned and the owner does not have money on account (or if it is a shared structure is not playing anymore), who can pay the repair costs to un-condemn? Is it the owner only or any on admin?

Good to hear. However, I was passing a friend's harvester yesterday and it was condemned and I did not get the admin menu on that harvester but I got in on another. he might have forgotten to put me on admin though.

So basically... you can add some random person to admin like a rich person and they don;t even get notified??? Thats a major flaw

I think you might have misunderstood the concept...
Only the owners bank account will be automatically charged for maintenance, but anyone on the admin list can opt to pay for maintenance via the radial menu. No administrator can be automatically charged maintenance on a structure they do not own.
