Ok I'm probably not the first one to post this, but I am a bit confused about the way houses work.

I outgrew my small generic planet house a while back, and moved up to a medium naboo house. I was shocked to find that I could only put 200 items in the house. I went and re-read the patch notes to realize that in fact small houses and medium houses both only hold 200 items, and that's expanded. Now someone told me that they take up the same amount of lots, but by my math my medium house is using 3 lots, whereas my small house only used 2.

Does anyone else think this is odd that a medium house has the same capasity as a small house??

Currently I have 1 small generic house, 1 small tatoine house, 1 med naboo house, 2 heavy mineral extractors, 2 radioactive power generators, and 1 weapon and general item factory. I can only have 1 to 2 items out at a time, and am filling up all my storage quickly.

Could someone perhaps break down how the housing lots and storage limits work? I would greatly appreciate a direct answer to this. Didn't it used to have the amount of lots an item used on the deed??

Houses store a number of items equal to the lots they use, up to a certain storage cap.

Small (round) Naboo houses take one lot, and store 100 items.

All other Small and Medium houses take two lots, and store 200 items.

Large houses and Guildhallsnow take 5 lots and store 400 items; 400 items is the cap for housing storage.

By my calculations, your 3 houses (6 lots)and 5 harvester/factory installations (5 lots)mean you're using *eleven* lots.I can only assume that you have not placed one of your harvester/factory installations.

Medium houses should hold more, since they are..you know..bigger.

generic small house - 2 lots - 200 items

Tat small house - 2 lots - 200 items

med Naboo house - 2 lots - 200 items

heavy mineral extractor - 1 lot each

Radioactive power generators- 1 lot each

weapon and general item factory - 1 lot

Item breakdown

naboo small - 100 items (think this is right with the fix)

all other smalls - 200 items

Mediums - 200 items (same lot usage more maintenance required)

Large houses - 5 lots - 400 items

Guild Halls - 5 lots - 400 items (these are also changed but I believe are correct.)

With the breakdown that you got looks like you are using 11 lots.

Thanks for the breakdown. Yes I usually take up and down my power generators as needed, and remove my factory when not in use, in order to save lots, as well as money.

I belive I have now figured out my best way to set myself up.
