I have a large house in a player city where I am a resident. Can I build another and can it be in a city?

Assuming you have five lots free, yes, you can build another large house, and yes, it can be in a city. If you get zoning rights to place the house.

However, you can only have one of the houses be your declared residence, and you can only be a citizen of one city at a time.

There is a bug (and if used can be considered an exploit) that will allow you to be a resident in multiple cities. If you delare residence in 1 city, and you wish to change to another city, you must remove yourself from the citizenship roster. The terminal is in the city hall.
