Is there a way I can do that? I know to send mail to guild its simply to: guild. But I was wondering if there was a city mass email trick. Its it simpley 'sity'? or is there not one?

I assume you mean the citizens of a player city. Only the mayor has that ability according to thePolitician's FAQ. He or she would address an email to "citizens".
