4) Make the Hangers be VERY expensive on city upkeep, but allow them to be placed in a city REGARDLESS of city rank (everything from say a small rebel fighter base (1 Squad), to a heavily fortified Imperial Air Base (say a full wing of fighters?))


some possible variations come to mind:


1) make the hangers 12 fighters and 1 MP ship hostable

2) make multiple styles of hangers available within each faction, including a MP Ship Hanger

3) allow the mayor to designate a hanger as public, but with landing fees, allowing out of town visitors to land and shop

4) some compination on the above


Thoughts? Constructive feedback?
