Recently many people in our guild were complaining about the lack of decent places to duel (and to a lesser extent race) in privacy. Currently none of the building has enough space for say a rifleman to duel a jedi except for outside. In addition duelers outside cantinas etc make the city look messy.
We then thought about the idea place for dueling and though well the arena from espisode 2 was excellent and would be an excellent additon to the game.
It could replace the theater which is a fairly useless building and a waste of lots, it's main redeeming feature being it looks good. All the ents play in cantinas.
It could have single doored entrance like any other player housing with the same controls/permissions.
It could also have an informal marked race track around the outside and should occupy the same footprint as pvp hq.
1 tier of seating would be appropriate and the 2 poles for victims in the middle would be cool but for decoration only.
I envision the tatt style the same as the EP2 arena and the generic simlair to the circular shuttle area in a space port., the naboo would be similar to the generic but with naboo colors and roof tiles.
We feel this would be an excellent addition to the game but that it also must be worked for, we suggest limiting it to citys or metropolis.
There have been no new buildings in recent times and this would be a great selling point.

While I agree that an arena would be a really cool thing to have, the roof's of guild halls work really well. They really serve no other purpose.
