Property tax seems to be working just fine. Income tax does, but it works sporadically (it doesn't take the tax out at the same time for each person and seems to be based on login). Garage fees are fine. Shuttle tax works on tickets purchased in the city on the outbound ticket only.

Sales tax has been horribly broken for a very, very long time.

So, when you say sporadically on income tax... Is this money going to the city trasury? I was under the impression that even when it DID pull, it was just poofing.

As far as I can tell it is actually going to the treasury, but it's difficult to confirm 100% because of the sporadic nature of the withdrawals. My city's treasury goes up throughout the week, and I don't think I'm gaining that much from the garage/shuttle/donations. I can't say that with absolute certainty, though, especially since the mayor has no way of knowing who actually had their income tax taken out and who hasn't.

Sales tax was definitely never going to the city treasury (when it would actually add itself to the merchants sales) and went either to the Merchant or into limbo.
