I'm not sure if i'm simply crazy but i really love SWG umong other things because you can have your own house in it. There are two things though i feel could enhance this aspect of the game for all players.
First of all i really would like to see a wider variety of houses. I find it bizarre to see lane after lane of the same homes when i visit a city.
Secondly i would like to see a change in how you as a player can organize and put items into your home. As it is now it is simply awful. Why not have a different view (like perhaps when placing harvs) where you simply move you mouse to where you want the item placed and press the left mouse button? Why must it be so damn hard as it is now with all the /move-commands and such. Decorating my home has taken me hours because it is so hard and now the guys at Sony even post at home decorations competition?!? Please change this so that it will be easier for us player so we can get back to really enjoying the game instead of wasting so much time with a feature that could easily be so much more effective and easy.

just make macros similar to this
/rotate right 1;
/move forward 1;
etc
then you just push the button instead of typing it all, it works well. i think 6 macros like this would cover all you need

As the others mentioned, you can set up macros. Here is how i have mine set up
F Key / Macro Name / Macro Code
---------------------------------------------
5 - MoveUp - /move up 10;
6 - MoveDown - /move down 10;
7 - MoveForward - /moveforward 10;
8 - MoveBack - /moveback 10;
9 - PickUp - /pickup;
10 - RotateRight - /rotate right45;
11 - RotateLeft - /rotateleft45;
SHIFT F Key (second row)
-----------------------------------
5 - MoveUp - /move up 1;
6 - MoveDown - /move down 1;
7 - MoveForward - /moveforward 1;
8 - MoveBack - /moveback 1;
