I submitted a CSR ticket about my city hall being destoryed before the 24 hour period was up. I got a response saying it would be put back after server reset. I found out the server resets every morning at 4am. but my city hall still isn't back. anyone know why this might be? do I have to wait until next patch day? should I submit another ticket?? new to the whole CSR help thing..
any info is greatly appreciated.
