Thread: Placing a shuttle in a city, what rank does the city have to be?

In order to place a shuttlepad in a city what rank does it to be? Can you place one in a village or outpost and that causes the rank of the city to go up?


Or must a certain rank be reached first in order for things like a shuttle, cantina, garden, cloning, etc can be placed?

Check the advanced player guides on the main SOE page. As for the shuttleport, the city needs to be level 4 before you can place one.
