I would really like to see players owning property within starport cities.
At very least being able to rent an instanced apartment in a huge building in coreillia will do. (IE player walks up to building and must enter his appt code) Then he is transported to his appt. This would be for his access only, no one else can enter. Can have a view that looks over coreillia?
For shared property that everyone can access, like what we have in player cities, the demand around starports like coronet and naboo will be insane so there needs to be a way for players to bid for appt's that lease for a certain period of time. IE Demand determines price. Once the lease is signed a player can choose to renew his lease (outbid the other players) next month (or whatever period leases be) and so on. This would stop players from monopolizing these shops and give the player economy a much needed boost.

Yeah, flats could be instanced areas and with the correct view. This could be awesome :=)

Wouldnt have to limit the number of "condos"if they are instanced.
