Housing
I've been playing for over 13 months now. I'm a weaponsmith and a shipwright. I have a large house and a medium house and I always struggle with inventory being full. Is there a good reason to keep the item limit in houses so small? If they increase the limit to 400 in large and 300 in medium, my life would be so much easier. I see no reason to have the limits so low.
NPC Cities
I think it would be great to allow players to rent spaces within NPC cities. Doesn't it make sense to go shopping in major cities instead of only shopping in small towns? They can limit the item count to like 25 - 50 items for decoration, allow 4-6 vendors, and charge high rates to rent such premium spaces. If the rent runs out, the stuff can be deleted, so that players don't take advantage of the situation. There will always be a role for player cities beyond just shopping malls. The largest shopping mall on Naritus isn't even in a player city, it's just south of Coronet in a collection of buildings. This idea could go a long way to making other NPC cities useful again. Perhaps even specialize them in some way. (i.e. Kor Vella, Corillia might have reduced rental rates for weapon shops, Theed, Naboocan have dicsounted rates for architectual items, etc.)
Oh...and isn't it about time to raise the bazaar limit to $10,000?

Housing needs more item limits, im always struggling to find a place to store my stuff. As a crafter i have to store my components, loot components and loot schematics and resources in every available place i can, Factories, Houses, Bank Deposit even some stuff in City Hall. Would be great to have a higher item limit so i can store my stuff and also maybe decorate my house with some furniture.
I personally am not to bothered about putting a vendor in an NPC city, but i can see the benefit of it for people who want to do it. The renting is a good idea and would make shopping a lot easier with not having to travel so far from a shuttleport or starport.

We all know if they raise the limit high it will jsut create database problems.
Why don't we ask for something more resiable like instead of 75 for a small see if they can bump it up to 100
instead of 150 for a medium bump it up to 200
and 300 for the larger homes and Guildhalls
