Got a noob question here - if I use the /transferstructure command to give a house (small - 1 lot) to another player, does this automatically give me back my original lot (1) and take one away from him? Just as if he had bought the house himself?

Or do Ihave to re-deed the house to keep my lot?

I would like to transfer the house as I want to give everything inside to this player - but do not want to lose a lot doing it.

When you use that command you get 1 lot back or how many you used on that house. And the player you give it to loses 1 lot gets the house that was transfered.
