If you pack up a guild hall, does the corresponding guild get disbanded or stay intact? Or is it even possible to pack up a guild hall with a guild?

It is not currently possible to pack up a guild hall, to my knowledge.

"Pack Up" no
"Re-Deed" yes, but you have to move the items out by hand and store them somewhere during the move.
