Ok, here's the deal. I've had a couple of messages from the city saying a house has been placed within the confines of my wonderful town. When i contacted the person, they said they were never in my town and don't know what's going on. Both times i've contacted the person, they were on talus. My town is on tat. This isn't the first time its happened. I've reported it as a /bug, but i don't expect much of anything to happen from it.

Do I keep contacting those i get the message for to let them know its a bug? Or do i pray some guild isn't out to take my town? I have done a search of my town for some of the houses, and i can never find them. During the time i get the message, my militia is with me on a hunt, so i know its not one of them doing it. Is anyone else getting the phantom town syndrome?

I had the same thing happen. I received a message that a medium naboo house was placed in my city on Talus...that struck me as odd to begin with. I checked with the limited few that have zoning privleges and they assured me they had not given anyone by that name authorization to place a house. So I sighed some relief after scanning the city for something I didn't recognize and found nothing. I also then noted that there was a new citizen mail for the same person at that time, which promted me to check the city terminal for assurances...and what do you know - they are listed as a citizen despite not actually being one! This could be a problem
