Hey,
Im thinking about using this new deed when I get TOW as my Guild Hall. My city currently has 2 Guild Halls, so can i take one up and place the new one, andmy Guild still remain intact??

you can pull up both of them and the guild will stay intact, I figure there's a time limit as to how long you can go without a guildhall, but I don't know forsure

There is not. However, without a guild hall, you will be unable to add new members, modify permissions, etc.

You need to make sure taht you keep 5 guild members and you will never need a guild hall in theory.
