nah i like how its set up now. The lots should stay as they are because i hate seeing about 100000000000000 houses all over the place and half belong to one guy that just wants to take space.

How about you add amaster craftingskill required to drop the warehouse? An example would be master Architect.
This would allow crafters their storage space, AND eliminate the problem of having them dropped all over.
The furinture colorization topic is a BIG issue with architects right now. We've gone from adding it in the crafting portion, to making kits for them. We hope they come out someday.

well, its been real nice to have more item storage in houses, but i still think that personelly that:
small houses only require 1 lot
medium houses only 2 lots
large houses only 5 lots
but there should be another type of structure, "Wherehouses", 1 lot requirement and holds 500 items and CAN NOT be decleared as a residence, CAN NOT be used to place vendors or any type of malls in them, and have them look something like a structure factory, except with a door on the outside, and a sign to be used for advertising. i kno this may sound far fetch but its an idea.
also "Wherehouses", ofcourse be craftable by Master Architects Only.
i also think that there should be customization color on furniture for more variety.
