Okay, there are two problems that really get me.
1 - Militia - why can't a militia member grant rights to themselves to drop a house or other building within a city. A lot of cities (at least the ones that I have been involved with) like to plan their layout. This forces either the mayor to have to drop a house, or at least two militia members, one to grant the other rights, to drop a house for new city members.
2 - Faction Recruiters - This is a new idea I came up with earlier today. With the new GCW changes the war is going stronger than ever. Bases are being dropped and destroyed. However, there is no really good way to declare SF status. My idea is to allow Master politicians to be able to drop a factional recruiter. This gives Masters a decent ability and will include the professiona bit more in the GCW.
I'm just typing as I think it, I apologize if it doesn't make too much sense.
