I can't ban guilds from my guild house. Anybody else having this problem or is it just me?

I am not having problems with bannin guilds or allowing guilds...i put guild:name with name being the guildname and it works fine...my problem is banning factions...i use to be able to put faction:rebel or faction:imperial and now that does not work. hope i helped you and i really would like help on my issue too
