Thread: City Advancement bug, Advancement ended but no message from system?

Greetings all!
Does any know of a bug where after the Advancement and City Server Pulse has compleated... that the city does not actually advance? We got no message that a new mayor was elected even though she held 70% of votes, and there was no message that the old mayor lost or was retained. What is this issue?
Any suggestions?
