Interior Designers rejoice! There is hope for real estate sales! I just sold my first property, a pre-decorated small naboo round-house for 100k, near Theed. Perhaps theres a business to this after all!

I've been decorating homes for...oh god, now I feel old
Well anyway, I've been at it fora year and a half,and still have customers to get done. Of course I wouldn't if I had a bit more free time but that's not the point. There are still people out there looking to get a nice home or hall made up and the 100 storage/lot instead of 75 has really helped. If you're one of the few decorators on a server it help even more since you don't have much 'competition.' I've helped out2 of the best to exist in the game, let alone my server,andthey've helped me out a heck of alot as well. Just keep thinking up interesting designs and your name will spread.

Thats great news. All i need to do now is find an architect to make furniture for me in crates.
Now I have a few questions? Did you pick the site first? Or did the purchaser pick the site?
Also how did you advertise the fact that you are doing real estate?
Ive been tossing idea around for the past two weeks after trying to think of ways to spur my sales.
One thing I have thought about doing is putting up a Generic guild hall, and in the basement have the 4-5 rooms as "styles". So my customers can have like a predetermined idea of what it'll look like. Stuff like "Tech", "rustic", "suburbia", and something else I dont feel like looking for my notes.

Acutally, the story goes, I had a friend who was keeping a large house on his lot count for me. My friend is leaving. I need to drop five houses or structures in order to claim the house from him before it disappears. I don't want to destroy this shop that I put so much time into. So, I offer it on the Galaxy Trade forum and tell my story. So yes, I picked the lot, and it was in a great location with an easy-to-remember waypoint and close to Theed.
