Im not sure if this is the right forum, but I'll ask anyways. I had someone holding several factories in my city for me so I could free up lots for other things. With all the hoopla with the CU and Kashyyyk expansion, I completely forgot to check their maintenance level, and now while almost finished with a huge run of weapon components, they are condemned. Since I am on the admin list, do you think a CSR would help me get them running again? The owner hasnt been around in well over a month, and I dont know if he ever will be.

You may be hosed on this one. Problem is the condemed harvesters belong to a different account that doesnt belong to you and it requires the owner of the account to come out and put money into the harvester to un-condem it.
I am doubtful you will get CSR help in this regard since the 'condemnation' mechanism was desinged to be a pointy stick used to prod players into keeping their acocunts active.

just go up to the harvester and type /pay xxxx (with xxxx being the amount you want to pay) it'll deposit the funds into the harvesters (and also factories) to get the item uncondemmed. It has been my experience that you don't need to be the owner to do that, just admin.
This technique does not work with houses.

Woot! You are my new hero! Thank you very much, I had huge runs of very expensive components on them and would have cried if they were lost to me.
