I only play on weekends, and every Sunday night I check our guild hall's maintence to make sure it's all paid up. Well, I didn't get to do this today. I think there's still enough, but if it runs out will it still survive by taking money out of my bank? I have like a mill in there. Thanks.

Yes, guild halls will run off of money from your bank account if neccessary.
