Because having a Starship Terminal in a Player City would just be fun.

they should let player city to be able to get starport after an certain number of citisen (maybe add rank 6)


now its 85 to metro. maybe have then needed 120 to get starport

oh a starship term would be sooo awesome... its not like there's too many perks to being a metro.. that would certainly give cities somethign to work towards
