Thread: Closing Account... Should i simply redeed my house?

I'm closing my account for five months. School is starting and if I don't get 90's in my courses my preferred colleges will probably reject me. I'm planning to come back as a casual gamer after january (that is if this game is still live...)
I have a large house right outside of Anchorhead in a prime location.
I'm not going to leave my hosue in everyone's way for 5 months, nor do i want to pay fees on a house i don't use. I want to redeed my hosue and all of the items in it.
Is there a way to redeed a house and it's items in a single motion... preserving the layout of my furniture and such for when i return?
Is so please let me know of that or any similar option that i have, thank you.

There will be in the next publish. It will still require maintenance to be paid, but it will be possible to roll-up a house into your datapad.

Make sure you have at least 5 months maintenance in your house or your bank account though so it doesn't go "poof" on ya!!!
