Hello Friends! i would like to know a doubt about our city. Let me explain. In my city, time ago, we conformed it with a few players at least to deploy a Clone Facility. The city decreased and the mayor had to quit the clone research because it could be destroyed for a low population. After that, more or less one year later, the city prospered becoming in a Metropolis but we can't deploy the clone research because a message says us ..."No can't place to similar kind of these buildings". The city has not clone facility and we can't deploy. Anyone knows what's going on? what's the problem?

The system apparently still thinks you have one placed (you might want to check and see if you're being charged for it even though you don't have one). You'll need to submit a CSR ticket (using the "Submit a Ticket" option from the in-game Holocron) and have them take a look into it.

We have sent a lot of tickets about this issue but no responses about it

Have you submitted /bug reports or CSR tickets? You will never get a response using /bug, but you will always get a response using a ticket.
