this is really bad anyone else having this problem?
our skilltrainers and rebel base npc's just boarded our city shuttle and have left the planet. I am assuming this bacause they are nowhere to be found and the shuttleport hasnt returned to its docking bay. since the skilltrainers are right in front of it but yet invisible--hence cant be removed---i cannot redeed the shuttleport cause there wil not be room to replace it. I sent a ticket in 2 days ago and got the reply and order to simply redeed it( the ticket was closed out and i wasnt able to add a reply to it). Well i cant do that cause i wont be able to put it back in the same spot due to not being able to R nR the skilltrainers. Our city is maxed out and if i redeed then i have to get people to move about 15 vendors and like 5000 or more items. Whats worse if i do redeed and cant replace the shuttle in the same spot we will no longer have one cause there isnt room to move it to another spot in our city.

I was in your city yesterday. I have a PA Hall built along the lake shore and city (D'Hara) is the closest to it with a Shuttleport.
When I went to the Shuttleport yesterday, all the Skill Trainers were there and I could see them, as were all the Rebel's around the nearby base... they even questioned by presence in the area.
The shuttle however was not there, and the Droid kept saying that the Shuttle is "not available at this time" ...
Sounds to me like someone in your city just forgot to pay the Maitenance on the shuttle port or whatever. Until it's fixed though, I'll be using the Shuttleport up in Kashi, a little north of D'Hara.

no we have excess maintnenance in city hall at all times and today all the skilltrainers and npc's just disappeared along with the shuttle.. go look and see for yourself. And i am mayor.

Several cities on our serverwent through much the same issues with the shuttle last year. The droid always said that the shuttle was unavalible, even if it was in the docking bay or not.
This was resolved by a CSR. You'll need to press the issue, and call the SOE customer service line if you need to.
Be a pest...that usually gets some response from them... Has worked for me
