If you declare residency on two planets can you be a duel citizen? Or are you just removed from your previous city?

You *should not* become a citizen in two cities. If this should happen, you should go to the old city and use the "Revoke Citizenship" option on the city hall terminal.


Don't try to do this on purpose.
