ive heard a lot of people say it. but...how do you transfer a house from one person to another without re-deeding the house?

/transferstructure (target the structure and the other person has to be very near)

you must be inside a house. Target the person, and type /transferstructure

Oops forgot that you have to target the structural maintenance terminal. I'm not sure it's exactly that you have to be inside though.
