Thread: Colored letters?

Sorry to ask this. I'm almost positive that this is posted somewhere else, but I keep on getting a "search currently unavailable," message when I try to do an enquiry. Is there a post somewhere that has a good explanation of how to change the color of letters for buildings, item's etc.? I'm not very good with hex. Is there somewhere I can look which shows corresponding hex color code with appropriate color?
