Give me a warehouse. 1000 item limit. No windows, stairs etc etc. Just a front door, floor, roof and 4 walls. Ill decorate the rest!

Other than than the lot/storage ratioI totally agree on one big open room type of house. Its hard to decorate when you are forced to work with a pre set layout / wall color / ect, since it already has its own style.

best thing to do is get a bank, city hall and houses thats what i do. Also load your multi passenger ships up
