Whenever I am flagged combatant, I am unable to enter my residence. When I go on leave, I can enter non problem. Any ideas on this?

A TEF should be the only thing stopping you from entering your house and thats the way its supposed to work.

Has it been condemmed? If you don't keep up the maintenamce costs The amount is dudected from your bank account. If your account doesn't have enough money you are barred entry until you pay the costs.
Is it your House? or do you just have administrative privilages from somebody else and they have now been revoked.
That's all I can think of.

No its definitely the TEF. It lasts 5 minutes and when the TEF is over you'll be able to enter. Just be patient
