Hello -
There is currently a situation on Ahazi in which a developing player city has a number of houses currently outside its citylimits . . .I am part ofan effort in place to try anddetermine who owns these structures so that discussions can be entered into in order to have them moved from what will be this city'sfuture land. I realise that csrs will not disclose the identity of the owner(s) of these structures, but, I was wondering if the mayor will receive an email(s) when the city updates(an update that will seethe buildings reside within city limits) which willstipulate whothe owns each ofthe buildings?
Some help regarding this query would be appreciated.

When the buildings become part of the city, yes, the mayor will get "Structure Added" emails. They won't help with which houses are which, where they are located... but you will have owner names.

Well make a list before the next city update of all the people that are in the city. When you upgrade to the next city level, those people will be listed as citizens. Just send an email for those new ones that pop up.
What city/planet is this on Ahazi...?
