I'm currently a master dancer with a Player City Cantina on my lots. However, I will be dropping master dancer soon.
My question is.. Would I still be able to transfer the structure to another Master Dancer/Master Musician/Master Chef, even if I am no longer a Master Dancer myself, thus not meeting the requirements to place one?
I'm pretty sure it won't go poof on me if I surrender master dancer, but I really would like to know if I can still transfer it. Thank you to anyone who may be able to answer!

I think the key is "Place One". I believe you can only crack the deed open if you are a Master Dancer/Musician/Chef, but once it has been placed you can transfer it to anyone. If you subsequently drop the Master the building stays there with you still as owner...

Wrong.. I tried this pre-CU even, and it will NOT allow a cantina/hospital/theatre to be transferred to a player who does not qualify to place one themselves. You can hold onto it yourself though if you drop the profession, just like with merchant tents. And can still (after dropping the profession) transfer it to another person who is qualified to place one themselves.
(I tried transferring my hospital (I'm a master doctor) to an alt who isn't, and it said I couldn't - wanted to free up lots on my doc for factories etc (which obviously I have no use for now, so no problems
)).

Yes. Once placed you can use the /transferstructure command to push it to any valid player. Just like anything else though, once you transfer it, you lose admin rights, bear that in mind.
