hey i wonder if u can help me. i had a nightmare gatherin my ten people to start my city and by the time i got thenm all together my city hall died along with some nice paintings i'd put in. anyhoiw, i now have 10 people declared residence in the area around my old hall site so can i just place my new hall in the hole and have an instant town status or does everyone have to declare residence or be granted zoning rights again to make it stick again??? any hepl would be greatly appreciated.

They MUST log back in and redeclare. So do not place until you know you can get them all on and declare. Additoinally, they can not re-declare for 24 hours from their last declare. Have patience, you'll get there!
