Ok, I have some stuff in a friend's house. The house has gotten condemmed, and my guildmate hasn't been on in a while. I'm concerned that they may have just dropped off. Does anyone know of a way to get funds into a condemmed house? (besides the owner coming back online)
Any advice would be appreciated (apart from posts about how stupid I am, cause I already realize that!)
Thanks,

You need to have Admin rights to the house in order to place money in it. No other way, unless you can get a CSR to do it for you, which I doubt will happen.

I have admin on the house, however I get a message that it has to be the owner to imput money. Was hoping that someone knew of an exception to this.

Just an idea, but would you be able to banktip the owner of the house so that the money comes out of his/her account?
or upon being condemned does the system stop taking money automatically?

Maybe the /paymaint command will do the trick.Mmmm... maybe either moveclose to thebuilding or target the sign when you use it. Or, walk in and use the command before it kicks you out...?

Once a building or harvester is condemned, how long until it goes away? We have a building on our downtown that's been condemned, and we're dying to get rid of it.

No, the bank tip is received upon the person logging in. A building becomes condemned when there is no money in the bank to take from.

Ironically enough, we have a similar problem with a house in our city as well, although I'll be much more comfortable about the idea of a purge once (if?) I get my stuff out of this one.

oh but when it's condemned, it stays around for like 6 months, trust me... we have a house that was misplaced in our city by a player who was on for one day, and they wont help us remove it. was condemeda while ago, still there.

I think the houses would stick around for at least 6 months. Somewhere I read that SOE will keep all your items from being purged for 3 months after a cancellation, but I don't think that things are actively being removed at the moment. As far as an answer Reead, I still haven't figured out a better one besides praying. If they ever do a giant purge, it would be nice to see a 48 hr window where they would be uncondemmed.
