Ok.
I have a house in a city. Its a small one the two room deal.
I need to know what process entales going into one of the larger houses and putting it on the same spot. Can I do it? Do I need the mayor to do something? Can someone label it out step by step, with crayolas, like I am 6 please?
I appreciate any and all help.

I'm a little confused as to what you mean. You want a bigger house?
If so, and you want to put it in the same spot, you will need to redeed your small house, get a deed for a medium or large house, and be sure the spot is lagre enough for a bigger house. (Not necessarily in that order.
) If you are in a city with zoning rights enabled, you will need zoning rights from the mayor or a member of the city militia.
Assuming I was correct in guessing that that was what you wanted, I think that should cover it. Should you have any further questions, feel free to post here again, someone will answer. ![]()

Ahhh.
Ok, Yeah the buildings are pretty tightly packed in this city. How do I go about knowing if the lot size is big enough to accomodate the new larger house?

You're going to have to remove the old house. You have to take everything out of the house, and then deposit enoug money into the house so that it well turn into a deed again, and then you can try and place a new larger house

You can only tell from the screen you get when you are attempting to place a house. (Unless you've been placing and organizing houses long enough that you can tell by sight.)
