A friend of mine recently quit the game. He had a large Naboo house full of cool and rare items. Before he left, he put me and my friend on the admin list. we raided the house for stuff we wanted, but theres still a load of stuff there we don't want to let get deleted.
Also, we want the house. We haven't moved out all the stuff yet so we haven't tried to deed it ourselves. The question is, can we deed it? If not, will it exist if we continue to pay maintnance? We are not the ones who planted it.
Thanks

You can only deed a house you are the owner of - if he just put you on the admin list, and didn't /transferstructure you won't be able to deed it.
My advice would be to take anything valuable out.

At the moment, yes. But if the player housing purge is implemented, the house and everything in it will be moved to the owner's bank. So, as the above poster said, take anything you want to save out.

Player Housing Purge? I haven't heard of this. What should I be concerned with? I have other houses.

The player housing purge will will remove houses (along with the items inside them) placed by canceled accounts to their bank. If you own your houses (you placed them), you have nothing to worry about.
