Subject says it all really.
The house is a guild hall, and is in-use daily as a guildhall, on Dantooine with a shuttle port immediatly in-front, it is placed with easy access to mining outpost.
Many rare loots are available, including most of the new Kashyyk loot. (Included the jelly fish hologram!)
