Yes purge them please. There are too many cities that are not able to rank up becuase of this. Cross server housing just so someone can get a town and have 5 or less players there is wrong!

Purge the inactive player houses please. If they have items put it in their bank and let it overfill the 100 item limit. Just fix cities please!

With all the new players entering the game how are we to get them in our cities if the deads take up all the room!

Please take a look at this and fix it.
